If you have been waiting for us to schedule another FREE CERT Basic Training Class, then wait no more! We are making plans to open up a class on August 9 from 6 pm to 9 pm (more dates listed below) and we need people to pre-register so we can make arrangements with trainers, sponsors, first responders, and others who help us put on our super successful Community Emergency Response Team classes!
To fulfill the Federal requirements for the CERT Basic Training Class, we need to log at least 20 hours in classroom/practicals. To achieve this, we are scheduling the classes on Mondays and Thursdays from 6 pm to 9 pm, including the following dates: August 9, 12, 16, 19, 23, 26, 30, with the Final Tests on September 2. We are scheduling a makeup day on August 21, in case anyone misses a day.
